DCCS is a unique environmental cleaning service company specializing in childcare centres and facilities. DCCS implements a standardized, proven approach to the cleaning and maintenance of childcare locations. We use hygienic, green cleaning materials and safe, established procedures. Yet, our depth of capabilities and experience enables us to remain flexible and effectively meet the individual needs of each client.

All employees are well versed in and adhere to the standards set forth by state and federal agencies such as OSHA, which regulates the daycare industry. Our highly trained and well-supervised staff uses only state-of-the-art equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning products. And, our supervisors make frequent on-site visits and are easily reached if you have additional needs. We are a privately owned company with active owner management.

NOTE: Each client is given a Log Book that remains on site. It documents workflow, includes an emergency contact list and has a calendar which outlines when specific work is scheduled. This Log Book provides an open line of communication between DCCS and our clients.


Daycare Cleaning Services was founded in 2001 by Robert Nestore in Marlton, New Jersey. Recognizing an unfilled need, he established the company as the first building services contractor specializing in providing quality environmental services to educational facilities.

Under Nestore’s management and guidance, the business has evolved from a small Building Service Contractor (BSC) in South Jersey to a regional company headquartered in Cherry Hill. Applying a strong drive, a commitment to service and the DCCS staffs’ knowledge and skills, he built a reputation for meeting the unique needs of today’s childcare facilities, large or small… effectively, efficiently and at competitive costs.

In 2003, Mr. Mike Divito joined DCCS and was able to help improve the company’s operations. The company picked up larger contracts and branched off into servicing charter and public schools at both the elementary and high school levels.

Today, Robert Nestor still oversees the day to day operation of the organization, paying close attention to each individual client location. Our management, supervisors, staff, and janitorial personnel, are trained in courtesy and politeness as well as environmental services. Robert Nestor believes that a top-notch staff, quality, consistent service and fair pricing are the keys for a successful environmental service operation. It’s that belief put into action which has enabled DCCS to grow.

The company has exceeded all expectations for growth. It primarily services accounts in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. DCCS successfully provides services to many of the top ten childcare chains such as Nobel Learning Communities, Goddard Schools, Tutor Time/Child Time, La Petite, Knowledge Learning Communities and The Learning Experience. Today, account retention remains at 95%.
